Timely diagnosis unlocks the door to appropriate care and treatment, and personalised care plans for your patients. Achieving timely diagnosis of dementia is a major national and local priority as BHR have consistently underperformed throughout 2015/16. One of the reasons behind this low diagnosis rate is problems with read coding patients.
