Terms of Reference amendment To revise the ToR and include this line "The network will not be performance managing individual practices or individual GP’s". Information to be sent out to practices which didn’t attend the meeting on how the election process was conducted. Ensure all practices have signed the Terms of Reference |

CCG to amend TOR and resend to network for approval at next meeting Increasingly, schemes generating additional income for practices e.g. sign-up of patients for on-line appointments, Diabetes Local Incentive Scheme (LIS) have "bonus" payments to all practices that take part in the scheme IF a percentage (e.g. 80%) of the practices within that Network achieve the targets set e.g. 10% of patients signed up to on-line appointments. Please ensure your practice does not miss out on this additional income - by ensuring that:- You have signed up to the schemes (speak to Jordanna or Monique if you have any queries) |
