  •  email TIbookings@thebigword.com providing date and time of your  call, duration, language required and practice access code.

  How to request interpreter for a face to face appointment

  A login must be acquired first to gain access, to get the login complete the Request to login form, (your admin access level is individual) and send completed form ukgvointerpreting@thebigword.com.

  Once you have received a welcome email you will then be able to book an interpreter. Please follow the step by step on how to place your booking online guide.

  For non-urgent requests/update please email ukgovinterpreting@thebigword.com. This team will assist you with  end user set up requests, bookings status queries, cancellation of your bookings if your booking is already confirmed with an interpreter. 

  For urgent requests/update please call our Client helpdesk on 03333 449 461. This is to reschedule your booking for the same day.
