PC Remote Support Description
Engineers will be available to connect to your PC’s for remote support.
On-site Support Description
Engineers will be available to visit general practice sites as and when required for additional support.
Telephone Support Description
Engineers will be available to log your PC issue\request and provide you with a CCG ticket reference number.
